Drive-By-Wire Standalone Wiring Harness
for Jeep Conversions (Standalone Harness Package)
Novaks Configurable Harness Package

We’ve partnered with BP Automotive to provide a premium, conversion-focused harness package — labeled, simplified, and configured to match your build using the options above (transmission, MAF strategy, alternator plug, and throttle pedal family).
What This Harness Is
- Standalone GM Gen IV LS2 (E40) engine harness
- Drive-By-Wire (DBW) oriented harness package
- Configured to your build using the options above (transmission, MAF strategy, ALT, throttle pedal)
- Designed for conversion installs — organized, labeled, and intended for clean Jeep integration
Choosing Your Options
The references below help you identify the correct connector/pedal style before ordering.
Transmissions
Mass Air Flow Strategy
If you’re running Speed Density, you will not run a MAF sensor (IAT only).
ALT (Alternator Plug)
Throttle Pedal
If you already have a donor pedal, match your selection to the pedal family you will run in the Jeep.
Jeep Conversion Integration
Many standalone harnesses are built generically. This offering is selected specifically to support the conversion workflow Novak customers expect: clean routing, practical branch lengths, and a simplified integration mindset for Jeep installs.
PCM / ECM Notes
- This harness is intended to pair with the E40 control system used on 2005–2006 LS2 applications.
- Transmission selection impacts wiring and ECM requirements (4L60/65E vs 4L80/85E vs manual).
- MAF strategy must match the operating strategy you will run (including Speed Density).
- Throttle pedal selection must match the pedal you will run in the Jeep (or the donor pedal you already have).
If you need help confirming your ECM/harness match, contact our sales team and we’ll help you get it right before you order.
Important Notes
- Emissions & O2 sensors: Your final configuration must comply with your local jurisdiction.
- Do not modify harness circuits unless you fully understand the effect on reliability and warranty coverage.
- Lead times: Build/ship timing can vary seasonally. If your project is schedule-driven, contact us for current timing.
Need the Rest of the Swap Electronics?
- Vehicle Speed Sensor solutions (speed signal for GM ECM + speedometer needs)
- Tachometer signal solutions for popular Jeep clusters
- PCM mounting bracket assembly for clean underhood installation
