The Making of Novak's Adapters

Novak adapters are made starting with a variety of methods, including:

• Founded & cast from 356 aluminum and heat treated to T6 strength / hardness condition
• Cut from billet aluminum ingots
• Water jetted from steel or aluminum plate to near-net
• Laser cut from steel

We then machine our adapters to tolerances that exceed all comparable OEM and aftermarket automotive adapters. Novak has achieved a level of strength in our adapters that, like our guarantee, is second to none.

Power transmission housings, plates and adapters are one of our passions - the ability to precisely and strongly join together engines and gearboxes which would otherwise be incompatible, is kind of a big deal to us. In the end, they help us and our customers build Jeeps with exactly the characteristics that we want.
