Converting from automatic Trans to a manual.

I have a 1980 CJ5 that originally came with the 4 Cyl powertrain. The current powertrain looks to be from a 1981 CJ7 with AMC 258 ( Engine code 10 C02) a TF 904/999 and a Dana 300 TCase. This setup is obviously too long for the CJ5. I would like to keep the AMC 258 and Dana 300. Is it possible to replace the Trans with a manual one? Which Transmission would best fit and which bellhousing, flywheel and clutch assembly would work for this application? Thank You,
