T-98 Top Cover rebuild diagram and instructions

I purchased the T98mr-J rebuild kit. Actually working on a 1964 International c-1100 truck but Novak said this was the best kit. The kit includes 2 bags of parts. One is clearly for the top plate (shifter plate) parts cuz it has the aluminum "freeze plugs" in it. Not sure about the other smaller part bag? Is there an exploded parts diagram and rebuild instructions for this top plate and shifter forks? Nothing came in the Novak instructions

Thanks. from the underside there are square head bolts that have wires run thru them I assume to lock in place? Is there any special adjustment procedure for wiring these in place?

No special adjustments, 20-30ftlbs, blue lock tight is your friend
