Sounds like the synchro's and or the gears may have rounded off due to the lack of fluid. The only fix for this would be a full rebuild. We do have rebuild kits for the T150, T15 and T14 all of those include new synchro's. We may have some good used internal parts but I would need to know what transmission you have to check on availability.
