We've been impressed at how many requests we've gotten for gift certificates during this time of year. So, we thought we should do our customers even one better by adding 10% to the redeemable value of the certificate.

Discount Rate
Choose the target amount (redeemable value) you would like on the Gift Certificate+. A 10% discount will then be taken at checkout.

Terms & Conditions
The Gift Certificate+ is redeemable for web cataloged items, services and product shipping costs. Items may be purchased through the Novak web store or directly by phone with a Sales Tech. Purchases are deducted from the Gift Certificate balance. Any unused balance will remain on the Gift Certificate+ and can be fully redeemed through the time period of valid redemption (discussed below).

Any order exceeding the Gift Certificate amount must be purchased with a credit card or other valid payment method.

Gift Certificates cannot be returned, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash. Gift Certificates cannot be used to purchase other Gift Certificates. Gift Certificates are subject to our usual Policies, as seen here.

The risk of loss and title for Gift Certificates pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission to the purchaser, recipient or delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable. We are not responsible if a Gift Certificate is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission. If you have any questions, please let us know.

Gift Certificate+ Delivery
The Gift Certificate+ will be delivered by Postal Carrier using First Class or equivalent service.

The certificate comes with a custom printed envelope, appropriate for holiday presentation.

Redemption
Your gift certificate has a unique code, and you need not send us your certificate for redemption. You will be asked your code at the time of purchase at which time the balance of the Certificate's value will be deducted the amount of the purchase.

Customers may contact Novak to obtain current information about their Gift Certificate balance.

Availability
Purchase of our Gift Certificate+ is available starting November 18 and ending December 30, 2008.

The time period of valid redemption is from December 10, 2008 through June 10, 2009.
