Novak Air Conditioning Relocation Assembly
for
GM Generation III+ V8 Engines
You've got the perfect engine, but its factory air conditioning compressor may not be in the perfect location for your conversion installation.
Novak's AC relocation kit provides a new compressor and locates it up to the passenger's side and close to the head, leaving the space at the skirt of the block open for frame clearance on Jeeps such as the TJ Wrangler and XJ Cherokees.

Compatibilities
The #ACG3 kit is designed for Vortec, truck style engines such as the Generation III+ 4.8L, 5.3L and 6.0L V8s.
At the current time, there is are no versions available for the LS series engines.
The Compressor
The compressor provided is the famous and powerful GM / Delco R4, as found in many applications for over three decades, including the full size Suburbans, which demand the most cooling power of them all.
Kit Contents
The kit comes with all the hardware required to convert the AC system. Included are: the compressor, mounting brackets, mounting hardware, tensioner pulley and AC circuit sealing washers.
The billet aluminum brackets are corrosion resistant and then anodized black for a clean, great look.
Procedural Requirements
One bolt hole in your water pump will be countersunk with the included tool, and the installer will install a countersunk bolt for clearance of the AC assembly. This is a simple process. A hand drill is required.
