If you lean towards traditional ordering methods, you may place an order via phone, fax, or e-mail. Individuals should never send any credit / debit card details through e-mail. However, you may submit your list of required items via e-mail and we will open up a secure entry portal or phone call for this information. Letting us know your full name and postal code at this time will simplify the process. All personal information is treated with absolute care and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Our sales staff is not on commission. Callers comment that they appreciate that they never felt like we push them into buying product.

We welcome international orders. We export regularly to nearly every continent on the planet and with a variety of global carriers. We do ask our international customers to allow at least one day for export and shipping documentation. We will always seek out the best rates and most secure shipping and customs brokerage methods available.

  • LTL Truck Carriers (Old Dominion, SAIA, UPS Freight, and others)

The above carriers typically deliver on buisness, non-holiday days. Saturday Delivery services for UPS Next Day and UPS 2nd day are available to some US locations at extra expense. Please call in with your order if such expediency is required.

Continental US Customers

  • UPS service is very reliable, easily tracked, and available with a variety of options. UPS terms such as Next Day, 2nd day; etch. are buisness days; e.g.,Monday-Friday deliveries. UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
  • USPS Parcel Post may be best for smaller parts, and/or for PO Box delivery service where speed is less crucial.
  • USPS Priority Mail may be best for smaller parts, and/or for PO Box delivery service where speed is more important.

International Customers

Your shipping option will be selected as "International: To Be Determined" in your shipping options. We will e-mail you with some shipping options and costs for your further confirmation and before charging your card.

Canadian Customers

We and our Canadian customers have generally had the best results from USPS Priority International, in terms of delivery times (usually less than a week), customs & brokerage fees, and handling. However, we will still contact you as an international customer and determine the best shipping rates for you before charging your card.

Hawaiian Customers

We suggest you select the option for us to quote you shipping rates as the availability of shipping methods may be restricted to your area.
